After School Circus Club $200 (No classes, this option is for active students with current packages/memberships and only covers the circus club program)
After School Circus Club $400 (for students new to Aerial, includes one Aerial Class per day, Open Gym, Homework time, and Circus lounge)
The After School Program begins at 2:30 PM-6:00 PM.

This program is offered Monday through Friday only on days when school is open and in session. The Program is not available during holidays, early release, or vacation days.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT?
Billing will be automatically processed the Friday before weekly/monthly classes start. To stop autopay please contact us directly or log into your zenplanner.com app. End-of-year statements will be provided for tax benefits. Returned checks will be turned over to administration for collection and charged a $25 late

PAYMENT FOR DAYS ABSENT
We realize that students will occasionally be absent for a variety of reasons, such as sickness, appointments, religious holidays, or family needs. To hold a spot for each student, and to ensure that the Program is self-supportive, we must ask for payments to address days absent.
LATE PICK-UP FEE
Parents/Guardians/Authorized Persons who arrive to pick up a student after 6:00 PM will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute late, due immediately. Please pay the staff directly for their time.
Students must be registered to attend the Circus Club. A student who does not attend School classes that day or is checked out due to illness MAY NOT ATTEND the Circus Club.
When students are registered to enroll in the Program, Parents/Guardians must list the names of all persons who are authorized to provide pick-up services. As many people a needed may be listed, but their names and phone numbers must be provided in advance.
Only the person who registered the student can personally make changes to the list.
In cases where parents have joint custody of the student, the pick-up list of the parent who completed the registration form will be used. Cooperation of parents and guardians is absolutely necessary for ADPC to maintain a safe and secure environment
Students who are sick should not attend the Circus Club. A student is considered sick when any of the following symptoms are present:
1) fever of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or greater,
5) rash or “breaking out” without parent/medical explanation,
6) complaint of severe head or tooth pain, or
7) contagious conditions such as pink eye. lice, etc.
While understanding that it is difficult for working parents to deal with sick children, we must consider all children and families to maintain a healthy environment.
FIRST AID AND MEDICATION
No staff member is allowed to dispense or administer medication to any student, even upon request from the parent/guardian, unless express written permission to administer medication is on file.
WEATHER ALERT INFORMATION
Should weather conditions become dangerous Aerial Dance Panama City and the Circus Club may need to close. SHOULD SUCH A SITUATION ARISE, PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF CLOSURES AND PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED; STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY.
