Regular Classes are for 12 and up.....

All Intro Series are no experience necessary.

Aerial Silks-Level 1: In this class, you will continue to build the fundamentals of climbing, inversions, foot locks, and basic movement combinations. At this level, students will gain confidence with the fabric while exploring individual creativity within the aerial movement. We will work on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as exploring the creative element of aerial dance.

Pre-Req: Intro to Aerial Silks recommended

Aerial Silks- Level 2: A Silks class for level 1 students past their intro and beginner skills. You must be a confident climber, be familiar with at least two types of climbing, and be able to reach the top when climbing. To attend Level 2 classes, you must also have successful aerial foot locks (capable of both single and double locks). It is also recommended that you have cross-backs and aerial inverts (inverting while not on the ground). These skills don't have to be perfected yet, but it's recommended that you feel confident with them.

Pre-Req: Test out of level 1 Silks

Aerial Silks- Level 3: This class is designed for students ready for more complex skills. Students will be approached by their instructor when they are ready to move to this advanced level.

Pre-req: Test out of level 2

Aerial Lyra- Level 1:  In this class, you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the Lyra, along with conditioning, strength, and flexibility exercises.

Aerial Lyra- Level 2 For students who have completed Aerial Lyra level 1 or previous experience.

Intro to Aerial Sling: Aerial Sling is one piece of fabric with two tails connected to the ceiling simultaneously to create a trapeze-like apparatus. In this class, you will learn Aerial Sling foundational pieces, including basic entries, poses, and flow.

Aerial Sling- Level 1:  In this class, you will continue to learn mounts, skills standing on the loop, hanging from the loop, and wrapping yourself in many different positions.

Aerial Sling-Level 2: For students, who have completed Aerial Sling level 1 or previous experience, learn how to roll, flip and spin on this loop of fabric. We'll begin with basic mounts and rolls in the fabric, then explore choreography to include more dynamic sequences and spins. If you get motion sickness, we suggest ginger tea before the class!
Pre-Req: Test out of level 1

Static Trapeze: Static Trapeze is a bar connected to the ceiling by two ropes. In this class, you will learn poses and sequences on and below the bar and on the ropes. As you become more advanced, you will learn to flip around the bar and work on momentum-based skills and tricks.

Floor, Core & More: This is a fun, upbeat class that focuses on conditioning while playing on the Silks, Lyra, or Sling. Students will not learn new tricks during these classes.

Aerial Rope-Level 1  Aerial Rope, also called Corde Lisse, is a vertical apparatus made from soft cotton about 30-35mm thick. It lends itself to climbing, swinging, rolling, dropping, and other amazing moves. It shares many characteristics with aerial silks but has a completely different aesthetic. In this class, you will learn to climb, invert, and move through poses to create sequences. As you build strength on the apparatus, you will learn harder sequences, drops, and how to harness momentum to create excitement in the air. Students must test out of level 1 before moving to level 2

This apparatus requires skill, strength, and aerial ability beyond the basic Aerial Silks Level 1 Class.
